As our focus service, we offer startups and scale-ups a cost-effective and flexible recruitment solution designed for positions such as sales, marketing, project management, customer service, support, operations, finance, and product.
What to expect – We’ll always start with at least 2 Scoping Meetings which allow us to truly understand your organisation followed by recruitment planning. The outputs will enable us to lay the foundation for your employer brand and translate exactly what you can offer new hires. All of this will be unique to you and help form a tailored recruitment strategy that aligns with your business goals. We’ll then run your recruitment campaign under your brand, set up the resources, screen candidates, interview, and deal with offers and negotiation.
Cost – An initial engagement fee of £1800 is required for the first month which also covers the 2 scoping sessions and outputs. After that, our monthly rolling pricing is as follows.
Our second service is our traditional ‘contingency’ recruitment service offering competitive placement fees of as little as 10%. This is really designed for specialized, pivotal roles such as C-Suite executives, senior management, or technology professionals.
The service is also recommended for established businesses that require recruitment support. Functioning within the Scale Success brand, we will deploy our own tools and expertise to scout and present top-tier candidates directly to you.
Cost – All costs are based on a percentage of the candidate’s salary and only payable upon
successful placement:
Salaries between £20,000 – £40,000 Using Scale Success exclusively 10% fee
Salaries between £20,000 – £40,000 Using Scale Success & other recruitment routes 12% fee
Salaries of £40,000 using Scale Success Exclusively 14% fee
Salaries of £40,000 Using Scale Success & other recruitment routes 15% fee
